This is a shared space, and what makes the conference meaningful is the richness of what each of us brings. Whether you have something fully formed or just an emerging idea, your contribution is welcome. We are currently inviting offerings in the following areas:

Workshops

We warmly welcome experiential, creative, and reflective workshops that engage with this year’s theme:

Navigating Safety and Fear in a Shifting Field Workshops offer an opportunity to gather in smaller groups and explore a topic, question, or way of working in greater depth.

Process Group Leads

Process groups are at the heart of the residential experience. These ongoing small groups meet throughout the conference, creating space to reflect on what is unfolding—within ourselves, between one another, and in the wider field.

If you feel drawn to holding this kind of space, whatever your level of experience, we warmly encourage you to get in touch.

Social & Community Offerings

We’re also inviting contributions to the more informal and social spaces of the retreat—places where connection, play, and creativity can come alive.

This might include music, movement, creative sessions, or something entirely your own. Whether it’s live music, DJing, singing, embodied practices, or another offering you’d like to share, we’d love to hear your ideas.
